A newly established information and services company has selected Kansas City as the location for its new headquarters and sales operations center. Targeted Metrics’ expansion includes a $5.8 million capital investment and the creation of up to 535 new jobs during the next two years.

Targeted Metrics serves a diverse global client base and provides a broad range of products and services that include recruiting, training, and managing sales teams that act as either part of its clients’ sales infrastructure or as the entire sales engine. Targeted Metrics evaluated multiple locations across the United States before selecting the Kansas City region. The company will initially lease a 15,000-square-foot facility. Over the next two years, Targeted Metrics plans to expand to a 60,000-square-foot facility and hire 100 percent of its employees in Kansas City, according to the Missouri Department of Economic Development.

“We were impressed with Kansas City from day one of our location search,” said Targeted Metrics’ Director Mike McGuire in a press release. “The Kansas City market offers us a tremendous growth opportunity plus access to an existing available skilled workforce that values high productivity.”
